MPH Participates in Ethics in Intellectual Property CLE

MPH Attorney Justin Durelli spoke at a Continuing Education Education Event “Ethics in Intellectual Property: Key Insights From Application to Jury Verdict” on Tuesday, December 3, 2019. Along with Alison Caless from Cantor Colburn LLP and Drew A. Hillier from Axinn Veltrop & Harkrider LLP, Justin spoke on ethical issues arising during trademark clearance and investigations, appropriate conflict-of-interest screening for in-house and outside counsel during patent prosecution, and ethical jury selection strategies for federal intellectual property litigations.
