Patent Attorney

We are currently seeking an experienced Patent Attorney. Qualified applicant must have an undergraduate degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline, preferably in Electrical Engineering, registered to practice before the USPTO, holds a JD and at least one state Bar and has 2-5 years experience in patent prosecution. Patent Paralegal

We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Patent Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate with a minimum of 2 years experience or 5–7 years equivalent training and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.
