Tucker is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and handles all aspects of intellectual property law for domestic and international clients, including procurement of patents, trademarks and copyrights, enforcement and litigation of intellectual property rights, negotiation of contracts and licenses, development of IP portfolios, and provision of patentability, invalidity, infringement and freedom-to-operate legal opinions. He has prosecuted utility and design patents for diverse markets and technical fields, including mechanical and electrical systems, medical devices, consumer products, biotech, optics, and e-commerce systems. He has litigated patent, trademark and copyright matters in numerous federal courts throughout the United States as well as before the U.S. International Trade Commission, and has led clients in administrative review processes before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, including IPR proceedings, Reexamination, and other post-grant proceedings. Tucker was a member of the Connecticut Law Review in 1996-1998, and served as Managing Editor from 1997-1998.
