Nick has experience in trademark, patent, and copyright prosecution as well as litigation. Prior to joining McCormick, Paulding & Huber, Nick clerked for several Boston, Massachusetts firms, and was judicial intern for the Honorable Mary Anne Orfanello. While in law school, Nick provided strategic advice for clients and their IP portfolios as a member of Suffolk Law School’s Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic.
