Before entering private practice, Donald worked as an intellectual property attorney for Link-Belt Company (now FMC) in Washington, D.C. He entered private practice with the firm of McCormick, Paulding & Huber in 1960. In addition to copyright and trademark matters, his practice includes a wide range of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, technology transfer and intellectual property rights enforcement. He specializes in electrical and mechanical technical matters, and translates from German to English.
